About me

I'm a UX/UI Designer, with a MBA in UX Design and User Research from UNIFATEC, in collaboration with the Toronto School of Management

Throughout my career, I have developed skills in various key areas, including customer experience management, team leadership, strategy formulation, project conceptualization, research, and interface design (UI Design), among other relevant competencies.

My experience in areas centered on human relationships has provided me with an understanding of the fundamental elements for creating products that satisfy the user and are aligned with business objectives.

My Education Background

I have a Bachelor degree in International Relations (2013) from Faculdades Integradas Rio Branco, with Postgraduate degrees in Business Management (2018) from SENAC, Project Management (2021) from Anhembi Morumbi, and an MBA in UX Design and User Research (2024) from UNIFATEC, in collaboration with the Toronto School of Management

Career Path

I began my career in Immigration Consulting firms, providing support regarding immigration matters for Brazil and other countries around the world. Shortly after, I worked for about six years at a Fintech (Nubank), performing various activities such as Team Evaluation and Monitoring in Customer Excellence, as well as Team Management, Budget Control and Monitoring, and Metric Formulation.

My career in UX so far

My professional journey has organically led me into the realm of User Experience. With a solid corporate background, coupled with academic training, I have the ability to apply concepts of Customer Excellence, Project Management, and Product Design to my UX Design projects.
